INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 c. chopped leftover cabrito goat meat
  • 1 can whole kernel corn or fresh
  • 1 can sliced new potatoes​
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Preparation

  • Caldeirada de Cabrito is a traditional Angolan Goat Stew...
  • Drain corn and potatoes and combine all ingredients.
  • Simmer, stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve
