• We can custom process meats! Please call to check pricing on all meats, as they are market dependent. 
  

• We offer everything from ground meat, ribs, roasts (whole and halves). I usually have ground meat, chops and summer sausage on hand.
  
  
• Specialty cuts like ribs, roast (whole or halves) would need to be ordered or check for availability. Call to find out what is in the freezer! Note - ground meat comes in 1 lb packages &  chops are about 1/2 lb usually 2-4 chops.

• Also try some mouthwatering summer sausage and BACON!! Summer sausage can also be made to order with cheese in it. Note - weights vary, but usually comes in 1 lb or a little heavier.
